Office Manager, Brittany, and Client Service Manager, Carrie, attended the "Examples of Excellence, Elevating the Client Experience" workshop at the Seaport Hotel in Boston. This workshop was hosted by Fidelity Clearing & Custody Solutions® on Thursday, November 8th.
The interactive workshop was put on by Fidelity Investments and Janus Henderson Investors and dealt with ways that we can continue to improve the client experience. Client engagement was discussed, as well as a personalized program called BrainWorks -- which talked about how to improve our brain health.
Brittany and Carrie are looking forward to sharing what they learned with the rest of the Cornerstone team!
