On Friday, September 8th Cornerstone team members Danielle Pensinger and Anna Traugh participated in the Maine B Corporation beach cleanup at Bug Light Park in South Portland, ME.
This B Corp effort was coordinated by iBec Creative and was a part of a larger, statewide annual incentive, the 2023 Maine Coastal Cleanup. Volunteers used an app from the Ocean Conservancy that allowed for tracking of the debris picked up, for recording and research purposes.
Cornerstone is looking forward to next years’ cleanup event and we invite you to do your own independent ‘beach cleanup’ using the Ocean Conservancy app!
